What it does

The R630A locates reinforcement bars inside concrete and reports the concrete cover (depth to the bar) and an estimate of bar diameter, directly on screen as you scan. It's the fast, first-pass check teams run before coring, cutting, drilling or fixing anything to a reinforced concrete element — confirming where it's safe to work before committing to it.

Two detection ranges cover both shallow cover checks on slabs and walls, and deeper surveys on thicker structural members, from a single handheld unit.
